Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for candidate generation for open positions as well as a pipeline of candidates to address current and future hiring needs. Full lifecycle management of open positions for a variety of functions within Trident to ensure that it meets its hiring goals. This includes partnering with hiring managers and a variety of key stakeholders in human resources to define positions, develop and implement candidate generation strategies, and manage the interviewing and selection process. This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives the recruitment process in partnership with the hiring manager and HRBP. Facilitates an intake meeting to gather requirements of the position. Partners with hiring managers on a variety of searches, including hourly and salaried positions. Communicates status regularly to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Proactively identifies issues and solicits feedback from the hiring manager to ensure that each search is on target.
  • Develops candidate generation plans (sourcing plans) to effectively reach broad and diverse pools of candidates. Drives proactive outreach and implements effective job engagement strategies.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates; builds a pipeline of candidates.
  • Initiates advertising and identifies advertising outlets. Keeps up with current recruiting trends including social media, job boards, veteran organizations, and others. Attends appropriate events.
  • Ensures recruiting and hiring process meets legal and regulatory guidelines and best practices, including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, Title VII, and others.
  • Conducts candidate interviews to ensure the candidate meets the minimum expectations of the job as outlined in the job description.
  • Learns the business. Travels to locations to learn and maintains first-hand knowledge of the workings of our operations.
  • Tracks all recruiting activity using an online applicant tracking system to collect accurate recruiting data that will support the continued analysis and improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Acquires knowledge of Trident\xe2\x80\x99s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.


Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment recruiting for a wide variety of positions from individual contributor to management level
  • 2+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in positions requiring communication with a broad and diverse audience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment and the ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team
  • Results-driven and action-oriented: must be capable of working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience recruiting in food and beverage, seafood, CPG, or manufacturing industries.

This is a Salaried \xe2\x80\x93 Exempt position with an annualized salary range of
$65,000 - $80,000. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, HRA/HSA with employer contribution, EAP, wellness programs, and annual discretionary/performance bonuses. Employees may enroll in Trident\xe2\x80\x99s 401(k) plan with partial employer match, and deferred compensation plan, and adoption assistance. Group rates for long- and short-term disability, and supplemental life & disability insurance. Employees will also receive 3.08 hours paid vacation and 2.16 hours of paid sick time per two-week pay period and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year, along with paid parental leave.
