Job Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to join our HR Team who will be responsible for spearheading all phases of recruitment attracting top talent via recruiting websites, employee referrals, career fairs, social media, and other sources while developing creative and tactical strategies and initiatives. The qualified candidate must be motivated and enthusiastic recruiting high-caliber candidates across various lines of business; be a strategic partner and collaborator with proven results in a diverse, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. The TAM will report to the VP, Human Resources and General Manager and partner with the HR Manager and management team providing support and guidance in planning, developing, and maintaining job descriptions, pay ranges, succession plans, conducting onboarding, and ensuring the recruitment process and hiring practices are in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Understand the talent needs of the various and diverse departments and positions while ensuring all recruiting strategies and practices are aligned with the core values.
  • Drive the recruitment process through coaching and guiding managers throughout the process. This includes creating interview guides, interview questions; debrief sessions and coaching interview teams on interviewing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and Management Team to contribute to an organization wide strategy for top-talent attraction, retention, and succession planning.
  • Review job applicants and conduct talent evaluations to identify top candidates.
  • Actively and proactively source suitable candidates for all positions through various recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn, indeed, Zip Recruiter, social media, Career Fairs, and industry specific job boards.
  • Ensure the day-to-day recruitment needs operate seamlessly, such as, but not limited to the posting of open positions, screening resumes, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates, assisting candidates with the ATS, onboarding the candidate with assisting them in the completion of New Hire Orientation and forms, and communicating benefits and company policies, etc.
  • Develop and maintain job requisitions, job descriptions, and job postings by performing annual reviews of job descriptions essential functions, qualifications, physical and work requirements; ensuring all positions have up to date job description and pay range.
  • Partner with the VP, Human Resources on compensation analysis and assign pay scales to each position within the HRIS and ATS.
  • Strategically establish, build, and maintain hiring pipelines.
  • Have a genuine interest in learning and professional development to seek innovative ways to capture and retain the best talent.
  • Optimize the recruitment budget in terms of using websites and apps.
  • Research and attend various career fairs and networking events promoting the Company.
  • Prepare and update weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year to date reports on key recruiting metrics.
  • Evaluate recruiting processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class talent acquisitions standards.
  • Perform and complete all other duties assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Certificate in human resources, or related field and/or 3-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources or Manager role overseeing recruiting and onboarding.
  • Recruitment experience in the entertainment and/or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of business.
  • Organized, detailed, results oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities and competing demands.
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding and changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications.
  • Experience and knowledge of various recruiting sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Previous experience working with Paylocity and/or iRecruit is preferred.
Physical Requirements include:
  • The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
