Talent Acquisition Partner

Who we are looking for\xe2\x80\xa6
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in delivering growth and innovation and is responsible for the development and execution of hiring plans, including the management of proactive pipelines, for assigned business unit(s). This role is functionally aligned and manages the complete life cycle recruiting process; including finding, assessing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing talent to deliver business outcomes. You will also have exposure and opportunity to contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives including University Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion. You will present qualified, diverse candidate slates to hiring managers and maintain strong positive relationships with external prospects and candidates.
The individual in this role will leverage passive and active recruitment methods, including social networking, and will serve as an advisor to human resources business partners and hiring managers. This includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal compliance as necessary.

  • Maintains organizational understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers on recruitment, attraction, and pipelining strategies
  • Proactively addresses current business needs and future goals
  • Attracts and engages high-quality talent efficiently
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with prospective talent, hiring managers and human resources business partners
  • Attracts talent applying a consistent employer brand story
  • Utilizes effective/disciplined assessment techniques
  • Integrates across all talent programs at Campbell; including Career Commitment, Perform, Succession, Values, Culture and Learning in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Leadership, HR and hiring managers
  • Reviews job profiles of each position to ensure the roles are promoted well in the marketplace
  • Provides expert level usage of selection assessment tools and screening methodology deployed in the candidate evaluation process
  • Formulates recruitment strategies and action plans based on developing strong pipelines and high-quality candidates through proactive market analysis and data insights
  • Drives candidates through the interview and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers and utilizing existing applicant tracking systems
  • Develops new hire compensation package recommendations based on internal equity, compensation guidelines and competitive salary data


What you bring to the table\xe2\x80\xa6 (Must Have)
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • 3+ years relevant recruiting experience
  • Experience with behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments
  • Experience working within automated applicant tracking systems (ATS,) preferably Workday
  • Ability to understand and present data, trends, and metrics
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitment
  • Effective relationship management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Knowledge of employment law, OFCCP regulations, etc.
  • Comfortable navigating a decentralized, matrix organization
  • Proficient in MS Office products and capable of learning key HRIS / role specific applications

  • 4+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience in Food and Beverage Services or Consumer Goods industry

Work Conditions
  • Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager
  • The role can be based in Camden or Charlotte headquarters office locations. Virtual location or hybrid schedule may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900.00 - $131,100.00

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
