The Account Manager will ultimately be responsible for seller success within the Trading Cards team leading to meaningful improvement in our seller satisfaction scores by driving partnerships and providing seller support. This individual will be the heart of the seller community, engaging daily with top sellers, mapping out seller optimization and support plans, attending tradeshows and events while building out seller-level metrics for success and reporting out weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
