On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Title: Key account manager, North America - Pool Industry
Preferred work location: Florida, California, Texas, Louisiana

Our client is the industry leader in pool cleaning robots. Founded in 2021, they have generated over $120M in revenue last year alone. As a round 3 funded and globally successful organization, They are now ready to grow their North American sales team of Key Account Managers to continue their expansion with the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest retail accounts.

You will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales regarding new company business. Key Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in pool-related industry.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Passionate, success-driven hunter who is results oriented
• Experience creating detailed reports, giving presentations and public speech in trade show and marketing events
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• Excellent technical and communication skills

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary ranging between $80-$110k USD dependent on experience and interview performance
• Additional bonus structure with an OTE ranging from $130-$180k OTE
• Medical & dental benefits, 3 weeks of vacation to start and vehicle allowance
• Remote/on the road working
