We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties



Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese-inspired dishes with precision and artistry Develop and execute innovative sushi menu items that align with current culinary trends and customer preferences Maintain impeccable knife skills to ensure clean cuts and presentation excellence Handle all aspects of food preparation, including cleaning, portioning, and storing ingredients according to food safety standards Develop and contribute to menu innovation within the sushi program

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven environment Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Japanese cuisine techniques Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for sustainable and responsible sourcing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
