Summary The Stakeholder Relations Manager plays a key role at NEEA, fostering relationships between NEEA\xe2\x80\x99s staff and its funding organizations, facilitating effective group- and one-on-one engagements, building trust through top-notch customer-service and listening skills, and brokering solutions where needed. The Stakeholder Relations Manager is an ambassador of NEEA and building relationships\xe2\x80\x94between and among internal and external stakeholder\xe2\x80\x94is their area of expertise.   • Talking through a funder coordination strategy with a Program Manager, to help ensure the program goals/activities complement and find synergies with local utility programs.
  • Convening NEEA staff to plan an effective agenda for an upcoming Advisory Committee meeting.
  • Facilitating a stakeholder meeting (group or 1-on-1), maintaining an unbiased facilitator role and allowing NEEA staff and external stakeholders to own the content.
  • Advising NEEA staff and leadership on strategic touchpoints with stakeholders to help build relationships and trust.

Your Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent industry experience required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years in account management and/or member relationship management.
  • Utility and/or energy efficiency industry experience required.
  • Demonstrated success with account management and cross-functional team leadership.
