Date Posted: 2023-04-05 Country: United States of America Location: 02: Building 02 Windsor Locks One Hamilton Road, Windsor Locks, CT, 06096 USA Position Role Type: Hybrid The Customer Relations Manager is the central point of contact and escalation for commercial customer activity motivated to continuously improve the Windsor Locks, CT Aftermarket customer experience. The Customer Relations Manager collaborates with the account management team to support customer issues which require escalation and response outside of the day-to-day transactions. The Customer Relations Manager is Hybrid to Windsor Locks, CT. Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate across functions to resolve customers issues
• Review and analyze customer data to align on deliveries, service levels, etc.
• Prepare and present material to support customer business reviews and meetings
• Review customer survey data to determine root cause and corrective actions
• Collaborate on customer account management activities to support customer satisfaction and deliveries
• Business travel to support customer reviews (approximately 10%)

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience
• Experience using Excel and other tools to support data mining
• PowerPoint and executive-level customer presentation experience
