The Customer Relations Manager collaborates with the account management team to support customer issues which require escalation and response outside of the day-to-day transactions. The Customer Relations Manager is Hybrid to Windsor Locks, CT. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate across functions to resolve customers issues
  • Review and analyze customer data to align on deliveries, service levels, etc.
  • Prepare and present material to support customer business reviews and meetings
  • Review customer survey data to determine root cause and corrective actions
  • Collaborate on customer account management activities to support customer satisfaction and deliveries
  • Business travel to support customer reviews (approximately 10%)
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience using Excel and other tools to support data mining
  • PowerPoint and executive-level customer presentation experience
