As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you\'ll be a dedicated business leader who demonstrates a true "growth hack" spirit in order to shape the future of Brother International\'s Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service. In this role, you\'ll be driving consumer acquisition and growth initiatives for the program with influence on the full customer journey largely focused on subscriber acquisition-related strategies and tactics. Through collaboration with the Sr. Director of Marketing, Subscription Services & Consumables Marketing, you will lead the development of an annual roadmap and create quarterly execution plans designed to optimize each touchpoint, prioritizing high-impact initiatives. This will require a knack for engaging talent across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for growth and measure effectiveness of both paid and non-paid acquisition tactics.
Through critical thinking, strong project management skills and an organized, methodical approach you will drive enrollments and contribute to the long-term success of this strategically important program. You will have the opportunity to combine passion, creativity and vision with data-based decision making, and you will be known for creating both long-term plans as well as capitalizing on short-term growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and learnings to create strategic recommendations and deliver compelling business propositions based on the business unit objectives. Recommendations may influence touchpoints including (but not limited to) in-box inserts, in-app experience, desktop messaging, etc. This will involve a constant cycle of planning, doing, checking, and acting for continuous improvement that leads to rapid growth of the subscriber base.
This Sr. Manager must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and strong cross-divisional/cross-functional leadership. They will not need to "own" all execution, but must be able to set the strategy, direct and influence product development and marketing across a matrix organization. They must have strong analytic skills with ability to "hunt" for trends and be inquisitive to take deep dives to find the root cause.
