The Sr. CT Product Marketing Manager - National GPO, Federal Govt defines, implements, and manages the marketing strategy for Philips CT portfolio focused on serving National Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) & Federal Government segment of the North American computed tomography market. Defines the product strategy in GPO\'s and Federal Government segments for North America in alignment with the CT Market Business Leader with a time horizon of 1-3 year. Translates the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications for successful introduction and activation in North America. Implements business plans and goals for the product roadmap for the relevant systems and segments applicable to the segments in the North American computed tomography market and works with the North American CT/AMI marketing team on the overall computed tomography strategy, business plan, goals and roadmap.
You are responsible for:
Responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets\xe2\x80\x99 Business and overall Marketing strategy
Works with the global CT/AMI business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
Supports the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the global CT/AMI business, especially for key performance metrics, key enablers for success, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Supports and coaches the Modality Sales Specialists and Clinical teams in the North American Market as a one point contact to the CT/AMI Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.
Responsible for pricing and catalog implementation across segments in collaboration with segment Business Marketing Mgrs to meet price realization targets and provide key sales enablement support to the sales specialists and broader sales Philips sales organization; as well as, channel partners where appropriate
Portfolio of products, solutions and services is medium and complex
Know-How
Has a broad knowledge of healthcare/diagnostic imaging/computed tomography/molecular imaging products and services within the scope
Complete knowledge and understanding of the marketing process and/or related understanding of the clinical and technical applications and needs of the assigned customer segments including radiology, oncology, radiation oncology and/or cardiology
Capable of leading a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams
Experience in marketing technology, in consumer / healthcare domains, including localizing value propositions to unique customers and markets

Integrator in the market and /or matrix organization
Work in a business with somewhat clear market/channel structures
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

To succeed in this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
\xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in an applicable field of study and
5 years of industry related experience required.
Marketing, sales and/or clinical experience with Philips CT technology preferred. Experience in healthcare or diagnostic imaging products or solutions in the healthcare segment required.
Clinical or technical expertise in computed tomography and/or radiation oncology preferred
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
Ability to build relationships with customers and sales teams
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
Champion for growth and mentorship across the organization
Customer first approach: driven by a strong external focus.
