You have at least 1 year of social media experience and a portfolio of assets created over that time period

You know what represents a brand well on social media (visuals, voice, call to action, etc.). You can either ask our fellow creative team for specific assets, or if you have the knowledge and skill, you can wield some stellar on-brand assets in Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva yourself
Responsibilities & Mental Skillset
Regular scheduling and posting of social campaigns to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn as directed by your manager
`Asset creation using Canva and written social content/copy for regular publishing
Keep the Instagram stories active with regular daily posting
Consistently writing in a daily performance journal at work related to skill development at work and leveraging your strengths.
Willing to keep the D2D Brand Staff updated & trained with relevant statistics & case studies about the real impact of employees contributing to the Social Media Efforts of any Brand
Engage as the voice of the brand by responding to comments and DM\'s in a friendly and helpful manner, as well as engaging with other companies and influencers
Work with manager to ensure content is appealing, on-brand, informative, and focused on the goal/metric
Willing & Capable of helping SDRs & AEs build content calendars and help them provide thought leadership through their social media channels that benefits the D2D Brand
Lead in the development of social benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting
Carry out successful social media content strategies to drive continued follower and engagement growth, with a balance for both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives
You follow processes for posting social content, check and update social calendar tasks to stay on track, and ensure all details are in place in order to set the campaigns up for success
Normal Work Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5
This is a salaried role, so there is flexibility to complete tasks/projects outside of these hours
