Company Overview: Perpetual Motion Marketing is a full-service social media marketing agency offering a range of services including web design, PR, social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, paid ad management, lead generation, and strategy development. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding results for our clients and are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Location: (Remote) Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients by leveraging your talents, research, and collaboration with team members. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing strategies for content pillars, curation, outreach/engagement, innovation and improvements, advertising and lead generation, avatar creation and research, and competitor/inspiration analysis
• Copywriting and managing the quality control for videos, graphics, spelling/grammar, and overall strategy implementation
• Managing client communication through various channels including analytics reports, client requests, meetings, emails, Slack, and phone calls
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including ad performance monitoring, video and graphic review and revision, caption writing, content curation, client and team meetings, onboarding new clients, and setting up ad campaigns
• Collaborating with media buyers and managing team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Business Suite, and major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive
• Strong customer service, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Team management and delegation experience
• General understanding of direct response marketing and copywriting
• Experience in building websites and/or funnels
