JOB SUMMARY: As a Social Media Manager at STIIIZY, you will be responsible for managing a team of Social Media Coordinators and implementing the social media strategy for STIIIZY and our house brands, dispensaries, or delivery businesses. You will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining the online presence of STIIIZY, driving engagement, and building a strong online community. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies appropriate social media channels, designs social media campaigns, tracks performance, and implements necessary changes
  • Communicates with management about social media activities
  • Acts as primary contact with outside agencies
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the cannabis business. This includes creating a content calendar, managing social media accounts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This may include creating and curating images, videos, infographics, and written content that resonates with the target audience of the cannabis business.
  • Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions with followers, customers, and potential customers to build a loyal and engaged community.
  • Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads or sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, generate regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with cannabis industry regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing, and ensure all social media content and campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members, graphic designers, content writers, and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Strong planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree; preferred but not required
  • 2 - 4 years of social media management experience
  • State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
  • Experience in the cannabis industry preferred
