Purpose of The Role:

This role will support Pampered Chef\'s social media channels to build relevance and extend the reach of the brand. This person is responsible for creating, editing, distributing, and optimizing relevant, contextual, and personalized content across social media platforms to attract, engage, and retain our customers and consultants. The right candidate is not only an expert at writing for specific social channels but is also a strategic thinker who understands how thoughtful and relevant strategies translate into creative and conversational success. This person will collaborate with other channel owners to deliver a unified campaign across platforms as well as being flexible and reactive to provide the most current, relevant content for our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish content to Pampered Chef\'s social media accounts
• Create engaging and unique social campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement from our customers and consultants.
• Track and measure performance of posts and campaigns and adjust tactics as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reply and respond to comments on social media channels and monitor public conversations, flagging potential negative issues and partnering with field and customer service teams to escalate and resolve inquiries and conflicts.
• Provide training on social media best practices to our coworkers, and partner with key stakeholders to inform relevant social training program topics for our sales consultants.

Education & Experience:

• BA in marketing, journalism, communications, or related degree.
• 1+ years of demonstrated social media experience, including writing, editing, and publishing content for specific audiences
