SPC is hiring a part-time Social Media & Marketing Assistant.

Role Overview
We're looking for a
Social Media & Marketing Assistant
to help organize and execute SPC's content strategy across multiple platforms.
You'll work directly with our clinical and coaching teams to share educational content, program updates, and community stories through newsletters, blog posts, and social media.
This role is perfect for someone who loves learning, is naturally curious, and wants to grow their creative and communication skills within a high-performing health organization.
Job Duties
Post and format weekly blogs, newsletters, and program updates on WordPress and Constant Contact.
Create job flyers and communicate new announcements or updates about SPC to employees
Create and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Edit short-form videos from interviews, clinics, and educational talks.
Capture photos and clips onsite during events at SPC.
Assist in building marketing funnels and tracking engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the SPC team to plan campaigns, write captions, and support launches.
Qualifications
Essential:
Strong writing and communication skills.
Quick learner for different software tools.
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a health and fitness environment.
Preferred, but not required:
Familiarity with WordPress, Constant Contact, and social media scheduling tools.
Interest or background in exercise, rehab, or performance training.
Experience capturing or editing short-form video content

10 hours per week, onsite at SPC (Tucson).
