Responsibilities:

Prepare/verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy against invoices or orders. Create shipping labels and documentation (bills, customs forms, etc.) using shipping software. Schedule pickups with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight, etc.). Track and update shipment status in the system. Maintain organized shipping records for audits and tracking purposes. Coordinate with staff and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Handle returned shipments and process them according to company policy. Inspect packages for damage or defects before shipping.

Requirements:

Must have prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is preferred. Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS) preferred. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
