Center Point Energy is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join our Team, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

You will have the ability to:

Establishes departmental goals and formulates effective strategies to manage subcontractors, service providers and QA Specialists to ensure that quality, safety, customer satisfaction and profitability goals are obtained. Effectively communicates company standards and performance expectations, monitors risk, workload allocation and subcontractor expense. Duties include providing direct supervision of company employees and indirect supervision for subcontractors and service providers, contract negotiation, resource allocation, budget management, labor forecasting and pricing, code compliance, and exception/claim resolution.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Builds and maintains positive relationships with subcontractors, service providers, distributors, manufacturers and city officials based on trust, consideration and respect.
• Evaluates information and situations, performs assessments and develops processes and procedures that improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Supports HSP Sales, Service, and Marketing as an internal business partner.
• Generates innovative solutions to overcome obstacles to meet job requirements while adhering to policies and procedures established by the company.
• Understands industry labor markets, negotiates competitive contract terms and manages subcontractor and service provider expenses to meet HSP margin and revenue goals.
• Manages multiple projects, sets priorities, collaborates with Claims and Legal, and deploys resources in a cost-effective manner to meet organizational objectives.
• Provides work direction and works with others to build and implement development plans.
• Responds to BBB and OAG and Executive complaints regarding service delivery.
• Participates in Duty Supervisor rotation and other duties as assigned.

Your background includes:

Education:

Requires a 2-year Associate Degree or a combination of education and experience which provides equivalent knowledge.

Experience:
Requires previous supervisor experience in one of the following: gas and/or electric operations, accounting, engineering, or related field.
