Zurich North America is currently looking for a Senior Performance Analyst I to work out of our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. While this position will be based out of our Schaumburg Headquarters, we are offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, your customers, and the team.

The Senior Performance Analyst responsibilities include:

• Maintain the Planning & Forecasting system (BPC). Contribute to the annual budget/plan and regular forecast process through the financial system support activities
• Support the consolidation of the forecasted/planned profit & loss and balance sheet
• Support the Forecast/Plan analysis to ensure accurate financial results
• Streamline and simplify forecasting processes and procedures as well as enhance system controls where appropriate
• Support the planning process changes, and the Planning & Forecasting system enhancements
• Partner with global management on the roll-out of new forecasting/planning processes and procedures
• Support global reporting requirements
• Deliver robust, timely information relating to various aspects of financial performance
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area

OR * High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area

OR * Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance are

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance industry experience
• Working knowledge of BPC
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data Analytics Experience
• Project management experience
