Senior Financial Analyst Summary/Objective The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a strategic business partner to the company\'s leadership in partnership with the SVP Finance and the Director of FP&A. Location - Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Work Schedule) Core Job Duties

• Involvement in all aspects of the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting/modeling including but not limited to, customer acquisition, customer retention, upsells and downgrades, and all associated economic drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be the financial subject matter expert for this business functional area.
• Provide insights and analysis. Have an understanding of the business combined with solid financial acumen and ability to analyze and draw insights from complex data sets is essential for sound decision making.
• Contribute to the multi\xe2\x80\x90year, annual and quarterly planning and forecasting processes. This involves building an innovative financial model supported by key trends, unit economics and performance metrics to build confidence in its accuracy. Your model is the critical foundation needed to understand how we achieve the desired growth objectives and where management needs to focus their attention.
• Assist in the development and support of a weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting cadence that provides continuous insight into the performance of the business, including trends, variances and risk assessments. Your reporting and communication of key messages ensures senior leadership maintains focus on what matters most and has an opportunity to quickly remediate issues.
• Collaboratively work across the Finance organization as a business partner supporting the FP&A organization, strategic finance team and the accounting team providing insight and analysis around the revenue model, revenue performance, scenario planning and potential outcomes.
• Resolves problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Minimum Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst

• Minimum of 4-7 years of related financial modeling ideally in a SaaS environment or business model experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 3 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD without experience
• Need to be in office with the Finance team 3 days a week.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and provide thoughtful analysis.
• Must be comfortable interacting with various functional areas and members of the Company\'s Extended Leadership Team
• Power Excel user and PowerPoint skills
• Experience or exposure to other reporting tools or systems (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft BI, DOMO, other)
• Self\xe2\x80\x90directed, self\xe2\x80\x90motivated, and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding.
