Senior Information Technology Purchasing Specialist
- Must have two years of information technology purchasing experience
- Must have a related four year degree or an additional six years of information technology purchasing experience
- Pay up to $100,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Partial remote with at least Mondays and Fridays in office
- Full-time
- Permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits
- No relocation
- Madison, Wisconsin area
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Staying apprised of current and future information technology spending requirements
- Analyzing, managing, negotiating and renewing contracts
- Analyzing purchasing process improvement opportunities
- Providing input and making recommendations
- Leading teams make up of employees from different functional areas
- Creating and executing purchasing action plans
- Monitoring information technology spending
- Four or more years of information technology purchasing experience for a large information technology department
- A related four year degree or an additional six years of experience
- One or more years of employee management experience
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
