Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. What we\xe2\x80\x99ll trust you with: You will take a proactive approach to data management and analysis which will result in insightful and continuously improving financial and operational reporting packages, as well as perform advanced analytics that will be presented to and relied upon by Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, Private Equity groups, and Bank Lenders. Working autonomously, you will also: \xc2\xb7 Support the Operations team by designing and presenting financial data and reports and developing executive KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports. \xc2\xb7 Compile monthly financial reporting packages. \xc2\xb7 Assist with recurring forecasting process by gathering and compiling various data sets, analyzing trends, analyzing variances and current performance metrics, and partnering with department leadership to obtain key assumptions \xc2\xb7 Support the budgeting process and related projects \xc2\xb7 Learn each area of the business to unlock new analytical insights to drive operational performance \xc2\xb7 Create internal materials for senior leadership and the executive board that examine current and future business trends, capital market trends, the financial impact and logic for possible strategic alternatives, and other data as needed. \xc2\xb7 Access and compile raw data to identify and document trends and provide explanation and understanding ofperformance. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and create detailed financial projection models and analyses for large projects and initiatives \xc2\xb7 Work independently and contribute to business-related activities as assigned. What matters most for this role: You will have a strong understanding of finance as well as a working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP). You will have a professional mindset and an outstanding people and team-first working style, combined with an ability to execute with limited oversight, bringing forth original insights and ideas. You will have strong attention to detail and thrive in diverse environments.
