Holman is currently accepting resumes for the position of Senior Financial Analyst. Principal Purpose of Position:
  • Work within the Financial Planning and Analysis department to build out data analyses and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver details of profitability by client for the business.
  • Run lead on project based work with the ability to review the work of other Financial Analysts.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and quality of all analyses and data provided.
  • Responsible for the execution of all project timelines including clearly and proactively communicating any challenges or obstacles that may threaten the achievement of the stated timeline.
  • Responsible for the creation of visualizations, charts and other content to detail the provided analyses and recommendations. Additionally responsible to support the presentation of the same content as needed.
  • Directly engage with internal stakeholders to uncover needs, challenges or goals, scope project objectives and deliverables and recommend options for the design of custom solutions
  • Identify and leverage subject matter experts and resources within other teams and/or departments as needed during the course of the project.
Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, General Business Administration, Analytics or other related field from an accredited college/university
Relevant Work Experience:
  • Prior experience working in a professional environment is preferred. Experience in the fleet/asset management, finance, sales, data analytics, or professional consulting industries is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience conducting analyst on complex datasets is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Business Objects, or other business intelligence reporting tools is preferred.
