Job Description


Corporate Responsibility Strategy serves as a key advisor and internal consulting function for Corporate Responsibility and the lines of business on a range of projects that address the top priorities of senior management and advance the mission of the department. Projects may include those related to strategic planning, organizational design, strategic business deep dives, and cross-line of business initiatives within Corporate Responsibility and across the firm.

Corporate Responsibility Strategy is seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive support for its senior leadership team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility Strategy, this role is based in Washington, D.C. or New York, New York, and offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for up to four members of the CR Strategy leadership team, including coordination with administrative colleagues to schedule meetings, calls, events, and other activities, and effective prioritization of scheduling requests
  • Plan for and execute travel arrangements, including international and domestic itineraries, bookings, and briefing materials preparation, as needed
  • Manage expense submission and reconciliation
  • Assist with coordination of events hosted by the CR Strategy leadership team, including scheduling, catering, preparing materials, and overseeing logistic
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist leadership team with invoices, overall expense tracking, and budget management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to support multiple executives and juggle related demands including constant prioritization of scheduling and other tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring both routine and urgent tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality communications and other materials for individuals at all levels of seniority, and to maintain open communication with global colleagues
  • Experience applying significant discretion to sensitive or confidential information; and working with and for senior executives
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment and decision-making skills under pressure; interest in deepening knowledge of Corporate Responsibility as well as JPMorgan Chase business to fully connect daily tasks to executive and organizational needs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience working in business
  • Demonstrated proficiency in workplace software including Concur and Salesforce
