Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Location: Midtown St. Louis (up to 2 days per week remote)
Salary: $60K-$70K (based on experience)

Company Summary:

We are searching for a person with Executive Assistant experience supporting the CEO of a small management company. The company oversees the operations of multiple for-profit and not-for-profit entities, including a private operating foundation focusing on the adventure, entertainment, food & beverage, real estate, and civic leadership space. The team is passionate about making the St. Louis region a better place for all.

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant must have demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects at a time. Will use independent judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion. The position is a direct hire and a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Prepares written communications, including correspondence, reports, and external communications.
  • Compiles data and conducts research as needed for ongoing or new projects.
  • Anticipates the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s needs and takes the initiative to complete as many organizational details as possible.
  • Performs basic accounting duties, including expense reports, reconciling bank statements, and submitting monthly data to the accountant.
  • Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality and trust in all business and personal interactions on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assists in preparing agendas for team meetings, community meetings, and events.
  • Participates as administrative support in community service events as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge and ability to operate computer programs and related technology.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Virtual Meeting platforms.
  • Analyses and interpretation of data.
  • Develop complex reports and correspondence.
  • Interpersonal skills using patience and courtesy.
  • The ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external professionals.
  • Work under minimal supervision with attention to detail.
Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience supporting senior management.
  • Valid driver\'s license, transportation, and insurance.
Characteristics Needed for the Position:
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with agility and sound independent judgment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to manage special projects as a personal assistant for CEO
