The Senior Director, Creative Services - Sales Operations is responsible for leading the creative strategic direction and vision to meet the organizational sales objectives. This position is tasked with identifying creative solutions, grounded in industry insights, that support proposal/ RFP responses and presentations while enhancing the overarching OVG360 value proposition to drive business wins.


This position will bring a mix of experiential marketing expertise and business acumen to the role, promoting OVG360 and their current, and future, valued clients. The organization is looking for an experienced collaborator, someone who can inspire others while taking creative output to a new level as the organization continues to grow.


The Senior Director, Creative Services - Sales Operations will partner with the business development team, sales and marketing operations team and broader organizational leaders, to develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions including, but not limited to, new business wins, client retention, and lead generation, as well as the ability to foster positive cross-functional collaboration.


Success in the role requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish while continually identifying opportunities to creatively address point points and improve storytelling to win and retain business. This individual should have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with various audiences.

This role will pay a wage of $130,000 to $140,000. For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee OVG360 Creative Services Sales Operations, which is responsible for the development of creative solutions that address pain points and support prospect/current client priorities for RFP Responses, proposals, and presentations for the pursuit of new business and client retention
  • Spearhead and manage creative strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing insights, experiential marketing, brand design, copy, art, digital technology, etc
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing meaningful RFP/proposal response concepts and solutions, analyzing results, and identifying new opportunities
  • Translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies to support the business development sales team
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs and the competitor landscape
  • Partner with cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, project managers, and sales experts in the strategic development of creative solutions, messaging and deliverables
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling presentations, sales pitches, print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
  • Develop and implement templates and standards for business development sales materials including (but not limited to) RFP responses, slide presentations, packaging, brochures, web and video content; development department\xe2\x80\x99s approach to the proposal in creative design and delivery methods
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college/university with major course work in Marketing, Business, Creative Design, Communications or related field required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years with six or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction, marketing & development experience, preferably in a national sales environment, consulting or facility management services environment
  • Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to drive creative direction and output
  • Proficiency in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
  • Ability to successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple team members across varying disciplines
  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours and travel as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments
