Humana\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing organization is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional that is experienced in pharmacy and pharmaceutical marketing with a deep understanding of the consumer and the regulations governing pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

In this role, the Senior CRM Marketing Professional will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational communications to CenterWell Pharmacy customers as well as executing engagement and retention programs for said customers. You will plan, recommend, implement, and optimize marketing communications to members based on knowledge of the pharmacy customer, trends, and their need to have control over their pharmacy experience.

Key Role Functions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and partners, delivering high level services including communicating project expectations and ensuring smooth project execution

Use project management skills to and work with the internal teams to manage and successfully execute end to end campaigns

Plans and recommends engagement strategies for pharmacy customers based on qualitative and/or quantitative analyses of consumer needs

Uses data sources to develop data driven insights into members, their behaviors, and pharmacy preferences

Create comprehensive campaign plans (i.e., journey map, communication strategy, etc.) and frequently measure, and assess performance of marketing campaigns to drive follow-up actions to improve ROI

Provide thought leadership to drive engagement and customer experience improvements that puts the needs of the customer at the center

Find the intersection points between customers and the plans, to optimize and maximize efforts that generate value for CenterWell Pharmacy

Lead customer segmentation and develop go to market strategies

Lead assessment of market, technology, trends, and pharmacy changes relevant to the market and develop appropriate strategic responses

Assist in development of data-driven member engagement strategies and assist in directing multi-channel direct marketing campaign management

Monitor results of test and learns and pivot accordingly with new learnings

Recommend and work with Consumer Insights team to design new customer centric research as necessary

Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, pharmacy consumer research and competitive intelligence

Initiate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project to various audiences

Monitor progress and performance of the project against the project plan

Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform

Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree

5 or more years of marketing experience

Ability to handle multiple high-level projects simultaneously

Comfortable leading discussions with senior leadership

Proficient in the development of marketing strategy and managing end to end marketing campaigns

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Pharmacy Marketing experience

Additional Information/Requirements

This role is nationwide remote role. Candidate must be able to accommodate EST time zone.

Remote Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates\xe2\x80\x99 ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
