About the Role:

Boston Scientific is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Patient Marketing team in the newly established role of Senior CRM Operations Manager. This position is instrumental in supporting the growth and success of our high-priority WATCHMAN business within the Cardiology division. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives for WATCHMAN. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization\'s ongoing expansion and make a significant impact in the field of healthcare.

Candidates who are well-qualified will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com, exceptional analytical skills, and prior experience in call center operations. In this role, you will work collaboratively with Marketing, the Salesforce.com development team, IT, and other internal stakeholders. Together, you will develop and implement crucial operational strategies for patient nurturing within the WATCHMAN program.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Salesforce Sales Cloud strategy for Patient Nurturing programs, defining the roadmap for improvements.
  • Effectively communicate between Marketing Product managers and Salesforce.com product owners and development teams to enhance programs and service offerings.
  • Manage the strategy for the Patient Marketing Call Center operations, analyzing call center performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and Salesforce team members, as well as external vendors, to ensure effective and efficient utilization of Salesforce.
  • Mentor and train call center team members on the use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, providing ongoing support.
  • Manage operational excellence within existing patient programs utilizing Salesforce, and develop and execute new programs and solutions to support strategic business needs.
  • Embrace an agile mindset, leveraging timely and actionable data to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
What we\'re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience in product ownership/management, marketing, or call center operations.
  • 3+ years of advanced Salesforce experience, including experience with Sales Cloud custom objects, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between IT/Tech and business/commercial teams when working with Salesforce/development teams and Marketing teams.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
  • Exhibits a track record of success in leadership within a team environment.
  • Displays an entrepreneurial spirit while maintaining a collaborative style and professional maturity.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs, and shifting priorities effectively.
