OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Brand Manager\xe2\x80\x93Consumer Digital Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading, developing and executing our brand strategy across all digital channels for the Nivea and Coppertone brands. This is a newly created role will reside within our Marketing Cosmetics Business Unit and will initially report in to the VP of Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Nivea with a dotted line to the Director of Integrated Media. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development and execution of consistent master brand digital image across ecosystem of paid, owned, and retailer platforms that aligns with our overall brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eCom, Integrated Media, Brand Marketing and relevant agency partners) to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms
  • Provide strategic guidance on brand content for social media, brand websites and other digital channels

  • Develop and facilitate execution of CRM strategy to foster and drive engagement with brand loyalists
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital brand initiatives and optimize for maximum impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers to support brand awareness and reputation
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital brand initiatives
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a digital consumer branding or marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital brand strategies
  • Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
  • Passion for skin care and beauty a plus
  • Proficiency with content management systems and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with social media and content management platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • MBA a plus, but not a requirement
