Your Role:

The Brand Manager, Global Strategic Marketing, Evobrutinib, willsupport launch preparations for Evobrutinib, which has first-in-class and best-in-class potential in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). They are a key member of the GBF N&I marketing team focused on developing and implementing strategies and tactics utilizing market insights, creative and analytical thinking, and a disciplined, comprehensive, and collaborative approach. They will provide strong leadership, excellent judgment, daily active participation and engagement to maximize launch preparations across the Global and US teams.

The Brand Manager, Global Strategic Marketing, Evobrutinib reports directly to the Global Marketing Director, Evobrutinib. The Evobrutinib program has high visibility within the organization and requires close interaction with the commercial executive team as well as regional and key country leadership to ensure alignment regarding the translation of strategy into effective commercial initiatives and market performance. The Brand Manager models the values that comprise the company culture, drives the realization of the company\'s vision for the N&I franchise, and supports the life-cycle plan to meet the broader corporate objectives.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies to healthcare professionals and patients with focus on development of the Evobrutinib Launch Campaign and Brand Box, including all core launch promotional materials
  • Proactively develop and execute marketing projects with agencies from concept through implementation to drive preparations for the launch of Evobrutinib
  • Help lead development of Global Internal Launch Campaign
  • Build strong, open and collaborative working relationships across functions internally (Global, US, key ex-US markets) and externally vendors (including AOR)
  • Lead Global KTL ad board planning including alignment within Global and key regions
  • Lead and support all core marketing governance meetings (Global Launch Team, Stakeholder meetings, US/Global commercial meetings, GBF team meetings) including setting agendas, launch tracking, and facilitation of meeting discussion as needed
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Evobrutinib Launch Plan
  • Develop digital and multi-channel marketing campaign in partnership with Global Marketing Director
  • Support and lead (as needed) MLR and PSMR process on behalf of the GBF N&I team
  • Support Marketing Director in developing launch budgets within LEAP process and e ffective management of assigned budgets
  • Maintain ongoing brand and therapeutic area knowledge
  • Other related duties as assigned
Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent required; Masters in Business preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Specialty and Pharmaceutical Marketing in commercial roles
  • Recent experience in Multiple Sclerosis, preferably in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must thrive working in a fast-paced, global, dynamic environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, innovative, effective, and efficient
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with an ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, manage conflict, and negotiate for optimal outcomes
  • Experience in working in close collaboration with global functions such as GMA. GMAP, GSI and the US organization
  • Ability to influence without authority, create and sustain productive cross-functional partnerships
  • Manages complexity, balances conflicting priorities, and adjusts to change with positivity
  • Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic, fosters mutual trust and respect, and is an excellent team player
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency
  • Outstanding oral, written and communication skills with the ability to present to small and large groups and deal with unexpected questions and challenges while presenting
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills along with strong project management skills
  • Travel required (approximately 25%, including global travel)
