Position Summary:

The Senior BI Analyst is part of a cross-functional team and is responsible for the hands-on technical leadership of data visualization, reporting and analysis of KPI\'s, metrics and insights. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of visualizations that provide clarity and meaning to our data assets.
• Contribute to the establishment of quality standards while adhering to industry best practices for enterprise data visualization and solution design.
• Ensure quality standards are met during the creation of reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that clearly measure KPIs.
• Provide consultation to business clients and gather requirements for solution design to address business challenges.
• Develop and become intimately familiar with assigned business areas to ensure gathered requirements can be transformed into solutions that meet the business need.
• Effectively collaborate with data architecture to ensure quality and consistency of the data model.
• Consistently create clear and effective documentation for both internal, technical audience and partner user teams.
• Understand and utilize best practices related to PII, adherence to Risk policies and standards as set forth by the organization.
• Serve as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and development of others.
• Travel domestically up to 5% annually.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities, Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science/Analytics or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years in data visualization using Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and its use in creating reporting solutions.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methods.
• Significant experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Strong communication, presentation & documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, effectively navigate ambiguity, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and keep leadership informed on progress against deadlines.
