ABOUT THE ROLE

Teikametrics is seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our IT department, working closely with vendors and partners to build a project pipeline that drives continuous growth for our IT program. You will be collaborating with a counterpart in India, both reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Single Sign-On (SSO) tooling, computer deployment, and working with cross-functional and international teams to develop and implement innovative IT solutions. \

HOW YOU\'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Lead the deployment and management of MDM/EMM and SSO tools, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our organization\'s goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the deployment of computers and related hardware, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to develop and maintain a project pipeline that supports continuous growth and improvement of our IT program.
  • Work closely with cross-functional and international teams, including a counterpart in India, to identify opportunities for process optimization and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, facilitating the development of their skills and expertise in IT best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend software, hardware, and service providers based on business needs, budget constraints, and technology trends.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical guides, and project plans to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, providing recommendations for enhancements and updates as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing policies and procedures to minimize risk.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MDM/EMM and SSO tooling, computer deployment, and project management.
  • Proven track record of working with vendors and partners to develop and implement successful IT projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, tools, and technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus.
