Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect and resolve potential security concerns. Manage facility access, respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action. Enforce site-specific policies and procedures with professionalism and discretion. Complete accurate and detailed incident reports documenting observations and actions. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications

Valid Florida Class D Security License. Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Smartphone for communication and digital reporting. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
