Nation Security is seeking a reliable, vigilant, and customer-focused

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a visible and proactive security presence to prevent unsafe or unauthorized activity. Conduct routine patrols to identify and address potential risks or policy violations. Monitor surveillance systems and perform on-site inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Deliver courteous, professional customer service while enforcing company and property policies. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, and safety incidents. Document detailed reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities. Assist with access control, parking management, and crowd coordination as needed. Serve as a professional liaison between management, tenants, and local law enforcement.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Valid Florida Class D Security License. Valid Florida Driver's License with reliable personal transportation. Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure. Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Current First Aid, CPR, or AED certification.

Compensation & Benefits
