Job Description
Advantage Seamless Gutters is currently looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This role develops, edits, maintains, and is responsible for efficiency in scheduling gutter projects, service calls, and warranty work for our Brainerd location, but also select specialty crews who travel to Iowa and Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities:
- Routing and dispatching of jobs, working with other departments to keep customers and crews well-informed.
- Data entry including creation and conversion of sold estimates in the system, creation of POs and job scopes.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate material needs for each day.
- Communicating with customers and sales staff regarding project scheduling and timelines
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software
- Exceptionally organized
- Takes extreme ownership of job duties, works independently to complete tasks
- General geographic knowledge of the Brainerd Lakes Area
- Valid driver\'s license
