Position Overview

We are seeking a

Roofing Superintendent

to support our Operations Division. This role bridges the gap between field production and project management, ensuring materials are on-site, schedules stay on track, and the quality of work reflects our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and labor are ready when needed Support project managers with scheduling, delivery coordination, and on-site communication Monitor roofing projects to ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality expectations Conduct quality control inspections and provide feedback to crews to ensure continuous improvement Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to prevent delays or shortages Document job progress and communicate regularly with operations and project management teams Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism on every job site

Qualifications

Construction and roofing experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read blueprints and project specifications is preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
