Superintendent

to join our team at Southeast Roofing Solutions.

As a

Superintendent

with SRS, you will play a critical role in delivering OUR BEST on projects. To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail with excellent technical and management skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide management of the overall job and workflow.

Attend project site meetings and maintain all related paperwork

Communicate with project/operations manager issues or opportunities as they arise

Conduct and document Daily JSA's

Coordinate all required sheet metal items from measuring to fabrication with the shop

Coordinate jobsite activities ensuring quality and production goals are met effectively and efficiently meeting or exceeding budgetary goals

Inspect jobsite daily before, during and after work each day, documenting safety and policy violations

Manage materials, equipment and labor by minimizing waste, overtime, and anticipating shortages and overages

Monitor quality of installations

Communicate with employees safety, production and quality goals daily
