Grace Roofing and Sheet Metal Enterprise is a family owned and operated company specializing in Residential and Commercial roofing. We have an immediate opening for a skilled Roofing Superintendent in all types of residential & commercial roofing to work collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities:


Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns

Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions

Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job costing, and change orders


Requirements:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing

Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects of varying sizes and complexities

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and building codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OSHA certification is required
