Job Purpose:

Candidate will be part of ICG Quality Assurance Team. The team is tasked with conducting quality assurance reviews of loan operations across various Citi businesses. Responsibility includes reviewing approved loan transactions / processes and measuring timeliness, correctness, completeness & consistency of the loan transaction/processes/documentation. The program engages stakeholders and provides formalized defect reporting and feedback on a regular frequency to senior management/stakeholders involved in the Loan operations process. The objective is to improve the quality of the loan operations process.

This is an important role, reflective of the increasing criticality of strong risk and control focus within a large operations organization such as ICG

Job Background/context:

Quality Assurance is a Global team within ICG. Our team\xe2\x80\x99s primary responsibility is to provide operational support to various Citi businesses. Some of the key processes include Syndication services, Lending servicing, Trade documentation & client on boarding, Funds movement, and accounting, control monitoring and reporting. Loans QA provides operational support for multiple businesses, sectors and products across multiple geographies

Key Responsibilities:

This role is for a quality assurance Site Lead for ICG Loan operations quality assurance function, who will look after the following:

• Own/Lead continuous improvement plan and track implementation and success of initiatives
• Manage remediation projects / initiatives and report on progress as required
• Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
• Manage end-to-end readiness in the regions for new QA launches, implementations and \xe2\x80\x9cGo-Lives\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Provide execution support as necessary to support the implementation / migration including the management of the rollout, coordination of updates and information flows to functional partners.
• Provide analytical support of setups in order to dimension the impact of QA implementation across geographies and the impact to support staff Coordinate review and validate gap analysis with functional partners as necessary.
• Provide input from QA point-of-view during all phases of projects Develop business requirements to implement technical solutions to drive productivity, mitigate risk, and promote operational efficiencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis by identifying & analyzing areas of common defect/issues/themes
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on processed loan documentation and transactions
• Ensure loan transactions are accurately processed and authorized within stipulated Service Level Agreement
• Ensure loan documentation\xe2\x80\x99s adherence to policies, guidelines and procedures as well as compliance regulations
• Report deficiencies on a timely basis to Loan operations stakeholders/management
• Engage with Stakeholders/Senior management and ensure timely feedback loop
• Achieve operational goals set, and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity
• Ensure timely escalation of operational risks incidents to relevant contact points
• Representation in various local / site level forums
