About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Systems Manager to join our Fabrics Quality Team who will own the quality business processes for the site.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.*\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and core processes i.e. audit, risk assessment, document control etc are implemented, maintained and improved
• Ensure certifications for ISO9001, ISO17025, and NFPA product certifications are maintained with no major non-conformances
• Conduct the leadership review process for the above referenced standards and drive actions resulting from the process
• Own the internal audit process and ensure compliance to the management system
• Drive internal improvement projects (kaizen events, process mapping)
• Own the Quality orientation process for new hire on-boarding

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in science, engineering or business communication
• Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quality Assurance driving ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO17025 certifications
• Certified as an ISO9001 and ISO14001 auditor
• Knowledge of Quality roles, responsibilities, and terminology
• Effective written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to navigate a cross functional team environment independently
• Ability to conduct and participate in internal audits
• Ability to drive Global processes
• Ability to travel 10 %

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a science/engineering/business field
• Certified Quality Professional or Quality Auditor
• Green belt or black belt in continuous improvement
