Job Description
We are seeking experienced RF Optimization PSG Support Engineers with US Work Authorization to join our growing team in Arkansas beginning after September 2023. 1) SSP (Single Site Performance) and SSV (Single site verification) on time report submission and validation for DIY/ABIO Sites. 2) Day to day monitoring of sites in the Pittsburgh Market through TMO OSS. 3) Acting as a point of contact between TMO (POC) & Nokia GDC team. 4) Support the execution of network development, integration, testing and release of TMO sites. 5) Attending key meetings with Nokia GDC team to guide on failed KPI\'s. Troubleshooting and recommendations to improve KPI (VoLTE, SIP, RTWP, Throughput, etc). 6) Send a daily on-air site audit report to TMO and fix discrepancies in the audit. 7) Following up with TMO on issues like SSV scheduling issues/NNP issues etc. 8) Coordination activities in SSV, SSP report submissions daily. 9) CPW tracker maintenance. 10) OSS usage for checking alarm, cell status etc. 11) also other works requested by the market lead. Job Type: Contract Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Benefits:
