Network Support Engineer 3 months+ /Remote (USA) Need to work on w2 Client: Sonata Software / Microsoft Required Experience: Client is looking for people with more experience doing the following: Configuring memory dumps Troubleshooting High CPU Troubleshooting High Memory utilization possibly would sacrifice some cyber security background for these skills 2+ years of experience using or supporting a cybersecurity product. Examples of cybersecurity products are Microsoft Defender products, Symantec, CrowdStrike, etc. 2+ years of experience troubleshooting issues with Windows operating systems. Experience Windows scripting and PowerShell. (2 years) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
