Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Data Associate.

In this role, the successful candidate Bringing the Diabetes prevention program to Geriatric populations (BRIDGE) is a NIH-funded research study comparing an in-person to a virtual Diabetes Prevention Program for older adults.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiting participants in person, by phone and/or mail

• Assisting with retention efforts (e.g. phone follow-ups, sending birthday cards)
• Participating in intervention activities
• Conducting outcome assessments
• Literature reviews
• Data entry and analysis
• Work with research team members of diverse, interdisciplinary backgrounds
• Develop skills related to research practices, IRB applications, data collection and analysis
• Develop literature reviews and manuscripts
• Co-author manuscripts and conference presentations
• Access to talks and presentations at NYU

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Associate\'s degree plus one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literate with good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $25.05 - $25.05 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
