Our goal is to help every employee become an expert in sustainable and eco-friendly home solutions. Primary Responsibilities
- Walk homeowners through a clean energy savings report specific to their home
- Educate homeowners on the federal and state benefits
- Work closely with potential and current customers assisting them through the process of converting to solar energy
- Represent Nova Solar by providing honest evaluations and full transparency to all homeowners
- Be able to effectively communicate a clean energy savings report to homeowners
- Reliable transportation
- Create your own weekly schedule
- Growth and leadership opportunities available immediately
- Company trips and incentives
- Average full-time $110,00 - $140,000 yearly, with an upside of $200,000+
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
