The Position: RES is looking to expand our team by recruiting the right person to train as a Solar Installer. We are looking for a full-time employee that has construction, roofing, and/or electrical experience. Some responsibilities will include: installing PV panels(we train you AND pay you), loading/unloading materials, following instructions, jobsite cleanup, and general labor. You will learn how to install solar, wind, and battery power management systems with the best products in the industry. The position has led to apprenticeships, service techs, and other positions within the company.
