The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the company, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the coordinator will facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, with a focus on customer service, organization, and attention to detail. The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support the growth and development of the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that accurately reflect the position requirements and company culture
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and provide insights to leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
  • Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, processing new hire paperwork, and facilitating training sessions
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in recruitment and onboarding, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, with experience in onboarding preferred
