A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work in a dynamic fast passed manufacturing environment working on various technical projects. The day will start off attending a Gemba meeting to understand project status and obstacles for the day. Then can go from leading a customer visit to managing a shipment to a customer site.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xe2\x97\x8f Simultaneously manage multiple projects within the Charlotte repair facility

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for providing customer status updates, in both written and verbal formats.

\xe2\x97\x8f Create Extra Work Requests, present to customers and execute change orders once approved.

\xe2\x97\x8f Support customer visits for pre-project planning, status visits and witness points.

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordination of information and logistics between a variety of internal and external organizations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage performance metrics including facilitation of lessons learned at conclusion of each project.

What You Bring

\xe2\x97\x8f Technical Degree required preferably in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering - equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years related work experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Project Management to be considered for the level 7 and 8+ years of experience for the level 6 is required.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality

\xe2\x97\x8f Expert written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills

\xe2\x97\x8f MRP experience is preferred - SAP experience is emphasized
