What does a successful Project Manager, Staff do at Fiserv? A Project Manager, Staff is responsible for ensuring that Fiserv delivers on its commitment to our financial institution partners as it relates to the business of digital channels. You will do this by driving complex, high priority projects or component phases of larger programs to deliver projects on time, in budget, and within scope. Our goal is to drive client engagement with stakeholders across the organization and ensure a top tier client experience. What you will do:
- Develop project plans, manage key deliverables, and report on issues, risks, and status.
- Ensure custom development is delivered as required for the client.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with other line of business managers for integration and continued product advancement.
- Author comprehensive scope and solutions documents with input from technical resources.
- Follow through with Development Releases for product fixes and product integrations.
- Provide reporting to Senior Level Management- Manage projects and time tracking within Clarity.
- Respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work in the event of an emergency client incident or critical business need.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a project management and/or consulting role.
- Experience managing complex, high priority projects.
- Experienced managing client expectations and delivering client-ready communications, conduct meetings and presentations.
- Experienced managing project deliverables and keep client and internal partners on task.
- Proficient with Project Management Tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 5-10%
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience working in the Information Technology and/or financial industry.
- Experience with implementations, configuration, or project coordination of Fiserv solutions.
- Experience working with online banking and security products a plus.
