We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager from the supplement, nutrition, or food industries! We are a great company to build your career with! This person will supervise the project coordination department, be the contact and liaison between customers and internal company staff, and build strong relationships with customers for business development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate all project activities, including resource allocation, while collaborating with research & development (R&D), operations, scheduling, and procurement, to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Monitor the progress of customer order(s) from initial receipt through production, packing, and shipping phases. Partnering regularly with sales and production personnel continually striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Measure, track, and manage individual Project Coordinator expectations to ensure individual and department goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the supplement/pharmaceutical/food industry a must
• Bilingual in Mandarin a plus
• Degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field a must. Masters degree a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles
