AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic Project Manager with strong communication and organizational skills to support our government client.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or related area of study
  • SAFe V.5 or higher certification,
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Salesforce Administrator (Admin) certification
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and be familiar with MuleSoft and GIS
  • Experience in SAFe implementation


Job Duties:
  • Proficient in managing projects with deliverables like this requirement.
  • Ability to manage projects within estimated price while delivering on schedule.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Perform project-scheduling updates to management, managing program deadlines and requirements, track annual fiscal plans and budgets providing status updates and exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
  • Assist the Program Manager in providing support to individuals, stakeholders, and staff as needed. Ensure ongoing compliance with organizational polices, procedures and other regulatory bodies as it pertains to the development and implementation of system.
  • Develop and review all evaluation/assessment reports, progress review reports, daily notes, case notes, incident reports, contacts, reviews, attendance, and other supporting documentation (including data collection and aggregation), in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all programs and documentation comply with all regulatory agencies.
  • Provide active engagement (in-person or virtually) in all daily groups and individual areas including but not limited to team integration, training, communication, coordination of schedules, and supervision.
  • Understand the programs technical concepts, software development, deliverables, and requirements, be well-organized, take initiative, be communicative, and dedicated to coordinating/executing program tasks with cross-functional teams and completing all activities within required deadlines
