Responsibilities MIBA Industrial Bearings U.S. is a global leader in the design and manufacture of hydro-dynamic bearings. Working for MIBA, based in Columbus, NE and Grafton WI, the candidate will be responsible for implementing from start to finish supply chain systems and processes at the Columbus site to improve flow, lead time and On Time Delivery. At the Grafton WI site, the role will support the sites material strategy.
This role will be based 6 months in Nebraska and 6 months in Wisconsin and reports to the Site Manager.

Accountable for IF/DBR implementation and associated processes at the Columbus site
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
Support site transformation with cross functional teams in line with the implementation of new processes in Operations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
Responsible to assess suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 risks and opportunities. Using problem solving methodologies, implements sustainable improvements
Perform detailed analyses of problems and define and execute plans to implement change
Recommend new standards and policies
Other duties as assigned

Requirements Bachelor in related engineering or supply chain fields. Relevant experience in the respective fields will be considered
Preferred 5 Years minimum working experience in Supply chain
Demonstrated experience with projects management and working with a cross functional team
Experience with procurement strategies to guarantee supplies, reduce risks and cost
Knowledge of problem-solving technics
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and CAD drawings
Experience analyzing operational metrics, identify and develop KPIs
Must be a self-starter, lead and be able to work in a team environment and perform a variety of duties without loss of efficiency
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to clearly present ideas in a variety of forums
Solid knowledge and experiences of Operational systems and best practices
Solid knowledge of MS Office product and computer proficiency
